"My room had an intense smell of smoke from a fire that recently occurred in that room or the room below or next to it. I called the front desk to switch rooms. Unfortunately, they said they were sold out so they couldn’t move me to another room. So the front desk came up to my room and brought me a spray bottle full of cleaning disinfectant. I had the staff smell my room and they agreed how bad it smelled. Again, she couldn’t do anything to help me other than spray the disinfectant all over. I did so and it did nothing to help. My complaint is with the manager allowing that room to be rented out. That room should be off the market unit they address the issue. The hotel was nice and clean with no complaints other than the smell in my room being so overpowering I got about 2-3 hours of sleep. The manger allowing that room to stay open should be audited and demoted or at minimum held accountable for this failure to provide every guest with the best experience. "

"The AC wasn't as strong as I'd of liked, I'm a hot sleeper so I struggled to sleep since the room wasn't cold enough. A few things were broken like the outlets near the bed and the removable shower head. However, everything else was very clean and staff was great. :)"

"We got there & were told they had overbooked the hotel so they didn’t have a room for us. They had taken the liberty to book us into the Hampton Inn down the street. It was an embarrassing situation for us as she loudly announced in front of other people the situation. We had driven 8+ hours that day & we’re not happy to be greeted by that news. The desk clerk at the Hampton Inn indicated that this was far from the first time this has happened with them. I will not book a Hyatt Hotel again anywhere."

"Room was spacious but worn out"

"Exceeded my expectations! Our suite was large and clean, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, full sized fridge, stocked cabinets, a coffeemaker, and your standard pots/pans/utensils for cooking. Pools were clean and comfortable, and the kids had fun on the water slides. Staff was responsive via text. Really the perfect place to stay with two young kids."

"Great location, within walking distance perhaps 10-12 minutes, if you are going to the princess light show. Toddler loved the kid pool play area. "
