"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

"This place was better than in the pictures. The location is beautiful, with the lake and mountain at your doorstep views. Super convienient to get a bus, or train, great proxity to the town, and to the cablecars. Restaurant was fantastic for dinner and breakfast. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. The owners were onsite, and assisted with all queries and requests. They even checked on every guest dining in the restaurant. Rooms were clean and warm. Very nice
