Like our room with city view, spacious nice clean bathroom with showers &tub. Suggestion: provide kettle with tea bags as most hotels, reconfigure closets spaces as it’s not easy to access for us. We end up laying our outerwear’s on the couch

The hotel appears to be set up more as a conference centre than the as advertised relaxing spa hotel. We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish).
