This property is very out of date and in need of a lot of repairs and upgrades for sure. Felt it was not clean at all. Found tags etc in the drawers. Black mold in the bathroom as well. Ceiling falling apart in bathroom too.

Parking was always available and close to the boardwalk. Bath towels were paper thin and hard to come by. No headboards, very little interior lighting. Never cleaned our room. Our needs are minimal. We make our own beds, etc.

Good room at an excellent price

The room was nice and a good size, especially for the price. The pool and hot tub were also good, but could have used a cleaning. Staff was fine. I would stay there again.

Worth it!

Check in was fairly simple and easy. Had an issue with the A/C not working but the staff fixed it within a few minutes of notifying them. The location is perfect, only a block to the boardwalk and right between both of the Morey's piers. The beds were comfortable and was quiet even being so close to the boardwalk.

Be very careful staying here. Prob the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed in some ok places. This one takes the trophy for dirty. You’d be lucky if they changed sheets, it’s really that bad.

It was a good stay, refrigerator could be updated. There was one night people downstairs were blasting music between midnight and 4 am. Other than that, it was a great stay! Love the staff!!

The entire property was so filthy. It's old and really needs a little updating so it can be cleaned properly. The manager and girl taking care of the place were very nice. The pool and hot tub were also filthy. We were in a nook with NO view of anything and NO wifi. The place really needs help. I won't go back

Room was a nice size but the pillows were very cheap and dirty. The sheets looked clean but smelled used. The shower the first morning was cold. Only 2 options Hot or cold no in between. Other than that, it’s a family friendly hotel. Pool is only 4.5 feet perfect for kids to swim. The roof top had a nice view of the beach. Loved being up there. Boardwalk 1 min away and in the middle of everything. I would come back to this hotel. Just bring my own pillows.

So the hot tub was never opened. Location was so close to boardwalk, pool was nice! Upon entering room it was so hot and had a funky smell. They immediately swapped out our AC and it was fine. Behind the beds was not very clean. The guy working the front desk was super helpful, however his manager is an old woman who was rude AF! She was mean to another guest as well. I was glad when she finally left. Can’t stress enough the location to the boards though! It wasn’t awful stay. Id do it again

We ran out of toilet paper the last day there with no one in the office to tell so we went to the store to buy more. Our trash wasn’t changed unless we put it outside to be taken. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all during the stay and it wasn’t because of a do not disturb sign because there wasn’t one. There were black human hairs in every folded towel we opened after a shower. A coffee pot but no coffee or tea. Unwrapped cups to use in the bathroom and near the ice buckets that didn’t have bags for when they were filled with ice. Only upsides were the beds were pretty comfortable and the fridge was a good size. Staff was nice for check in and to smile pass in the hall walking to/from the room.
