The place is fine but was not clean - there was hair in the bathroom, the floor was dusty/dirty and there was food in the kitchen from a previous stay. The internet was also very intermittent so I couldn’t watch tv one evening which was annoying. For the price there are better places."

"What a lovely place to stay! This formerly derelict property has been developed to a really high standard and made us feel really comfortable. It's located in a lively area with plenty of decent eateries and is only a 15 minute walk through the centre to the Albert Dock. I can't recommend The Resident highly enough and hope to return again one day!"
