"Nice bed and pillows"

"No shops near by. The sofa bed was horrible, the springs were almost exposed. The mattress was thin. There where only a set of sheets no duvet or comforter for the pull out. The room lightning was very, dim, low and dark. The carpet frayed on the edge. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. "

"We got this last minute room at 11pm after a flight cancellation. The staff was quick and we only had to wait about 10 min for the shuttle to arrive at BWI. The beds are comfortable and breakfast was great. We only slept a few hours and then left to catch an Amtrak to a different airport but it was a good experience. Also, the shuttle driver was nice enough to take us to the Amtrak station instead of BWI - saving us an extra shuttle from the airport! We appreciated the above-and-beyond customer service "

"When I arrived at my room, the door was open; I didn't think much of it at the time, but I soon realized there was a terrible smell of sewage inside. The exhaust fan didn't help, and a burning smell was coming from the air conditioner, so I had to turn it off. At 2:00 AM, a group of people was shouting loudly, and no one did anything about it. The hotel is in terrible condition; it is not worth $170 a night—it isn't even worth $60."

"Friendly helpful staff. Airport shuttle was convenient and timely. The towels were plush and nice! The room had chipping paint on the walls and the heater was running full blast despite being set at 61 and I typically like it warm. "

"Property is very close to airport and very convenient. I rated staff good because they were not clear on the airport shuttle bus and I ended up missing it by 2 minutes and being forced to hire an Uber. That communication should have been better. "

"General areas seem pretty nice. Room was falling apart wall paper coming off and bubbling paint throughout room, air system was loud and held to wall by zip tie, shower was ok very low profile head, soaps not all one line of goods, asked for pillows for sofa bed never received them, asked for feather free room and told front desk they responded with we don’t have feather pillows but indeed they were down feather pillows and I have allergies to them so slept with one pillow."
