The front desk staff was friendly and informative. Provided extras and assured us if we had any issurs, that someone was onsite to help even after the office closed.

Super friendly front desk personnel. They had s’mores kits and games to play that you could check out from the front office. I also wanted to stay an extra day and they were able to work that out for me in the front office. I will definitely return with more family it’s a great family environment to bond and explore. Only one hour from the Grand Canyon and one hour from Sedona each day we sit out to explore a different park.

We recieved a message less than 24 hours before arrival informing us that the advertised in-room showers were only equipped with 7 gallon hot water tanks, which upon check in we were told would only be good for a 5 minute hot shower, and would require 20 minutes to reheat. Husband gave it a shot on the first day and was having a cold shower within 2 minutes. I had to use the communal showers. When we brought this up with Management, we were told "that's just how it is and we (staff) all use the communal showers anyway". When pressed on whether the staff thought that was reasonable given the amount we were paying per night for "luxury" accommodation, they went suspiciously quiet. The "mountain views" did not make up for the location - wedged between a freeway and multiple gas stations. And despite the additional housekeeping fee, there was dirty cutlery in the kitchen pantry.

Wonderful experience and would do it again. However, the narrative that it is a blend of "upscale amenities and rugged outdoors. The amenities are wonderful...rugged outdoors is a gradual ascent to the Truck Stop across the street! Needs to be changed. Otherwise, as I pointed out up front, I would book again.

Let me start by saying, the staff here is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. However, the overall stay based on what is advertised is not accurate. We rented an RV which was held together inside by a lot of wood colored duct tape and dirty dishes. We didn't plan on spending a ton of time inside the RV, so at first it wasn't a problem. But there is no space to do anything here, would not call it camping in the slightest. No hiking, no area to run around for the kids, in fact, it's right next to the highway and across the street from a truck stop. This is more of an overnight stay for those who are traveling through and need RV hook ups, not a "glamping" experience. Very thankful for the kind staff, but we wont be back here.

I don't recommend this property. For both days here, the wifi has not worked. Was told it was because of the poor weather, but there was no problem with the weather the second day and we still got no TV. The heat doesn't work well in the room and the toilet leaks.

The property was very nice. The RV was clean and cute. It was very enjoyable. The only disappointment is that it did not have a view of the mountains, as advertised. In fact it looked out at other RVs that was at nearly arm’s length.

If you want something beside a hotel room. These RV are complete. Just bring your clothes and some food and your all set. They are dog friendly too! Very clean, great staff.

This was our first stay in a RV and my girls (8 and 6) had a marvelous time and can’t wait to do it again. They preferred this over a hotel because you can go outside to play, walk, and have a fire. As adults, we enjoyed the RV but wished we had more of a camping feel than a RV park but we would like to come back with other family members.

We had an absolute amazing time. Staff was super helpful and nice. The Rv rentals itself are very clean and comfortable they provide everything but the food and drinks. Already planning my next trip for December.

Best RV park
This is a great place to stay in Williams, AZ. Its an hour and 15 minutes from the Grand Canyon National park and it can hold 2 people very cozily. In most campers/RVs. The staff are very friendly.

Absolutely loved staying here.. quick trip to Williams, too. The rv was cute, clean and comfortable. Next time I'll rent the bigger one just for the heck of it, but the 2 bedroom place was perfect for my son & i. I did forget to take my trash out so sorry about that 😉 Thanks for a wonderful stay! My daughter and I stayed here and visited Sedona, Flagstaff, Antelope Canyon and the Grand Canyon. This was the perfect base camp for us. Loved that we had separate bedrooms and a small kitchen. It’s not fancy, but was very comfortable and the price was very reasonable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Love Williams downtown area too! We would definitely stay here again.

Great RV experience. Just remember there are no ammenities and no laundry facilities on site. Wood and supplies sold for smores. Kids loved that. Rv was super clean. Area did have sewer smell...probably normal for RV sites. We are just total newbies. Would definitely stay again though. 1 mile from cute downtown Williams right on Route 66.
