"Laura, the lady that takes care of the breakfast was very friendly and made everyone feel welcome. . Outside hot tub jets did not work. Inside hot tub had overflowed into the pool on Wednesday night and was too hot to get into it. That had it fixed later Thursday nite. I also was told by a person at the front that when you don’t book with the hotel direct you don’t get as nice of a room.The hotel did offer us a nicer room for a extra fee. There were a lot of vacant rooms the 3 days we were there. "
