"Great location, nice people and nice rooms. However, we won’t go back there as their hot breakfast was poor: three days of some egg-like product that must have come out of a tube and EXTREMELY greasy sausage patties PLUS no sugar-free syrup for waffles. Disappointing."

"Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. However, there were a couple of downsides that impacted my stay. Although the property is supposed to be non-smoking, the hallway leading to my room had a noticeable cigarette smell. I’m particularly sensitive to smoke, so this was uncomfortable, even though I chose not to report it since I was only staying one night. Additionally, there was very loud talking in the hallway right outside my door late at night. I couldn’t tell whether it was staff or other guests, but the noise carried easily into the room. It may be due to the guest lounge being located very close by, which could explain the disturbance. Unfortunately, this was my first stay at Holiday Inn, and it will likely be my last. I prefer staying at Hilton properties, as I’ve consistently had better experiences there In summary, while the hotel was clean and the staff kind, the smoke smell and noise level made my stay less relaxing than I had hoped."
