All of the staff were extremely helpful, and having Bhartiya City Mall located next door was an added bonus. The spa facilities were excellent as well, making it the perfect place for a quiet, leisurely break."

Overall, with its unique location next to a shopping mall and an outdoor plaza with a number of other attractions, this is a comfortable and luxurious hotel suitable for all transient business or vacation travelers."

"The property was being refurbished while we were there but they kept this to the absolute minimum impact on guests. We ate in every night which is not something I normally do when staying at a hotels. The food in every one of the onsite restaurants was outstanding. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. The gardens were wonderful, we had the horticultural tour with Hema, the gardens horticulturalist, who explained the various plants and the plans for future plants. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had, it not as big as other hotels but the dishes are exceptional"
