"The vents are full of mold, the AC units are incredibly loud, and the rooms are falling apart. They've hidden all of the wall outlets, but the built-in ones on the lamps are so overused that they don't work because the plugs just fall right out! One of the lamps in my room was unplugged from behind the TV where I couldn't even reach. The fridge in my employee's room was leaking the whole time. Every single chair in my room had broken supports on the legs. Last year I had a package delivered and held, but this year they yelled at me for having anything delivered and threatened to leave it outside if I didn't come right back to get it. An additional $20 + tax mandatory fee each day added on to the Hotels.com rate at check-in to use the FREE casino parking and have some useless wifi that doesn't even reach the upper floors. Remember to ask for maid service if you are there long enough, otherwise it's all on you. ABSOLUTELY no microwaves, don't even dare ask, and the list of things they threaten you with while checking in is insane! More than 4 people in your room at a time? Get ready to pay a $350 cleaning fine! The people movers and escalators out to the city have been broken for at least two years, and the skywalk smelled like actual poop. I've been staying here yearly for a tradeshow since 2016, but this was my last... For positives: The rooms are big, the place is cheap, the renovated courtyard & bar is nice, and SOME of the staff were kind."

"The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The room left a lot to be desired. A half-used roll of toilet paper, an empty tissue box, and a spent conditioner container that was never refilled were disappointing, as was having to spend 30 minutes scanning for channels because no one had bothered to set the television up properly. Very first world problems, but we expected more from Hilton. Will likely choose competitors in the future, but you hired great people at your front desk and restaurant staff. They should be commended. I have no doubt the cleaning staff are bound by corporate penny pinchers ruining the kind of experience excellence that was the norm in our parents’ day. "

"Second time I've stayed, and the last! First time room was super dirty, same goes the second. Gross orange mold in the comers of the shower. Waited 2 hours past our 4:00 check-in for our rooms, not a 'sorry' or any kind of comp. Valet tried to charge me for a two day stay as well. Took three days to get a refund. Cool hotel, lousy management."
