Perfectly positioned for everything in Windsor. Only there for one night (unfortunately) but it left us with a very happy memory of our time there We hope to return in the future!!

The hotel staff were friendly and organized. There was no gym, which I would have liked but it’s not like one was promised but not present. The directions for driving to the car park entrance were not good, their email just gave a postcode which was inadequate to find even the hotel in Google Maps. I found it, but better directions would have helped. Comfy bed, solid wifi.

Centrally located but despite booking a junior suite - the most expensive room offered by Expedia - we were on the ground floor with sweeping views of the car park. Really think that sort of detail should be included in the room description as I could have saved a few pounds and been in the main building. Reception staff also something of a mixed bag in terms of competence.

Our room shower (accessible) flooded with the first shower so we were moved to another room. The ladies at the reception desk were wonderful, as was the bellman who helped with our luggage. We were pleased with the new room and are grateful for the consideration!

When I checked in I specifically mention that there is 2 adults and 1 child, not 3 adults. But checkin staff was ignorant and unhelpful. However when I checked out I had a really nice experience thanks to Indi and Rushmi as they adjusted our breakfast as i was charged for 3 adults instead and they amended to 2 adults and child. They was very helpful, friendly and also provided little colouring book with pencils for kid, which was very kind. If not unpleasant experience with checking I would give 5 stars to the stuff.
