"Nobody was at the desk for check in. they gave us a room in the back with a view, but only a one way drive to get in. That made it hard to get a SUV backed out. They didn't have the wifi password posted or in the check in information. The road going in was poor and challenged even a 4 wheel drive vehicle! Lots of hot tubs, but when I turned the jets on, they remained cold."

"Very beautiful hotel, highly recommend. The walks to/from the room to the main area were about 7 mins, with breathtaking views, do recommend to bring comfortable shoes. Property has many amenities, take advantage of these! "

"The location is nice for what it is but not really worth the price. The place is too rustic and run down. I book for three people. They gave us a queen bed room with a broken futon. The first one was literally broken, the metals were on the literal floor. I requested a new room the minute I got there- however I was ignored by the property manager and the owner. The following morning my concerned was address and a new room was provided. Same kind of room, queen bed and an another broken futon. Except that this was one newer but broken the legs couldn’t even hold up…. Overall this was a very poor experience. I don’t want to discredit the guy that helping us. Thank you. But the property literally needs some love. "

"The rooms are beautiful. The view from our room was absolutely stunning. The staff was so helpful and so friendly. Everything was immaculate communication Via WhatsApp was very efficient and responsive with the staff. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and the view we had from our breakfast was also great."
