"Very beautiful place to stay, it’s small but has everything you need. Is right next to Salvia Blanca which made it easy to walk over and enjoy dinner with live music. Easy check in and friendly staff. Room was in great condition and very comfortable bed."

"The pictures of the 5bedroom cabin were misleading, the kitchen pictures were different. Also where the pool table is the picture shows stairs to go upstairs, there’s just a wall no upstairs. The jacuzzi was not working , the second night there was no water and hotel staff would not communicate. We checked out early the next morning because water never came back and we need to shower. Still haven’t heard back from the hotel about how they’re going to make things right."

"The place is beautiful. The staff is very slow in restaurants. We didn’t get the night service in the room for 2 consecutive nights even though I requested it. Beautiful property but the service isn’t Banyan Tree standards. Very disappointing compared to other hotels of this chain. "

"While the cabin itself has a charming aesthetic, the lack of maintenance was a major issue. We found a hole in the ceiling, a chipped bed frame, and a shower head heavily covered in limescale. To make matters worse, the shower had almost no water pressure, making it very difficult to use. Beyond the room quality, the logistics were frustrating. They require a 30% deposit just to confirm, yet the location is very difficult to find. Additionally, breakfast isn't served on-site; you have to walk 10 minutes to a different location. With so many better options in the area, I would definitely recommend staying elsewhe"
