The room was okay. We stayed for two nights to help with jet lag after a 15 hour flight to Sydney. Unfortunately, the room was considerably out of date for what we paid to stay here. The AC and power didn’t work unless you left a key card in a little receptacle in your room. The bathroom and bedroom had a weird smell, and the room wasn’t the cleanest. The staff and location, however, were impeccable. Quite frankly, the one reason it’s rated this high.

This is a quiet, clean hotel near the main street of Scone. It was a reasonable price but it is bare-bones. There is no pool, though the town pool is across the road.
