The room itself exceeded expectations, spotlessly clean, well organised, and surprisingly spacious, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day. "There was a problem with the WIFI, and I couldn’t connect it to my laptop. I was told it was an issue they were already aware of. I couldn’t even use my mobile data because there was no signal inside the hotel. If I had known this before, I wouldn’t have booked my stay there, as I was travelling for work and needed to use my laptop. Fortunately, after some time I managed to connect to the WIFI, although I’m not sure how.... The rest was okay, not perfect, but for the price and the location I think it was fair."

"Hotel needs serious renovation, lots of corridor and street noise due to lack of soundproofing in an old property, but cheaper price so get what you pay for!"

"The room was extremely clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Bar and dining area clean and tidy with lots of cosy corners to hide in! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if we return to Bristol!"
