The room could do with a little TLC but overall we loved the stay. The staff were absolutely superb. The evening meal from the hotel restaurant and the breakfast was excellent too 🙏

Its a shame, I was looking forwards to the stay, not sure if its been taken over but its deteriorated since my last stay. Leisure facilities are largely broken/unusable, pool and changing areas filthy, people actually pay £50 month for this. To top it off I paid £10 for the cooked breakfast, to be told the chef hasnt turned in but theres toast and coffee. It was also impossible to obtain a refund?! Stay here as a last resort if i were you, and go to mcdonalds for breakfast, or be treated like a mug.

"Window cleaner in the room (526) was loose, so lots of noise from the road outside and cold. Lots of scuffs and scrapes around the room. Slow lifts with too many people. Not offered breakfast etc when checking in."
