"There was a problem with check in caused by Expedia, but it was quickly resolved by manager. Very charming hotel, I hope it never renovates to go modern. The restaurant is good, and the surrounding area is lovely."

"Comfortable place to stay on the water overlooking Boston Harbor and downtown. Sunsets are amazing behind the tall buildings of downtown. Trails close by for walking and sightseeing. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. We had trouble with getting any of the TV's to work and there was an annoying flood light shining on the back deck from the neighbors house all day and night. Other than those two things it was nice to have a house on the water with a fantastic view. "

"The Royal Sonesta was a great option for our long weekend in Boston. Easy to get to from Logan airport, close to the river and easy to walk to and access all the popular spots in Boston. Price was good and the hotel itself was an ideal base to explore from. Staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful. Certainly coming back to Boston and would stay at the Royal Sonesta again when I do. "
