It was terrible when we walked in. The front desk person was on his first day by himself and couldn’t even tell us where our room was. The worst part was the pungent smell of weed and drunk people everywhere. If you want a good place for you and your family STAY AWAY!!!

Okay so it was a cute resort, here’s my problem. When I say the walls are absolutely paper thin I mean it. It woke me up all night long, by no fault of the people around me. You can hear every single noise, people using their sinks in the next room, the showers turning on, it’s like the upstairs is amplified above you. There’s no way they put insulation in. It’s like being in the same room as everyone else. I mean the price is fair for what you’re getting. Also, the pool room was SO extremely chlorine smelling it was literally burning your eyes to walk into the room. I’ve never experienced it like that anywhere else. It was cute, unfortunately probably would not stay again because of noise factor. It was a very clean hotel though I will say that. We were happy to go to great wolf lodge the next day.

The only thing I didn't like was the beds. Super uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent. So much better than last years stay at Mt Olympus. We will be back!

Property was clean rooms where spacious parking was really easy the only problem I had was the kids running through the hallway for hours the front desk didn’t do anything about it and when they tried to they just picked a room which was mine my kids are all older so that was a pity but other than that everything was a plus

I was a little nervous after reading some other reviews but we had a great experience! Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Our room was clean and the beds are super comfortable! The only issue we had were that the walls are thin so you definitely can hear your neighbors. Even though we went in off season they gave us resort tickets to use at a later date. We will absolutely come back and stay again.

Power went out when I was there. I was unable to finish work assignments I had due to this while I was traveling. I ended up getting locked out of my room until the power came back on after midnight, it was extremely noisy and no sound proofing inside the rooms. When I checked in there was a list of other guests emails written on a piece of paper which I have never seen before at other hotels.

I’m not one for writing bad reviews for businesses. However, from the moment we stepped foot in this establishment the day of check in, we were met by two extremely rude women at the front desk. One claims to be a manager but no manager I’ve ever met is as ignorant and downright disrespectful to guests the way this woman was. The receptionist was equally unpleasant, told me they don’t take Apple Pay (they do) and did not know how to do her job at all. The rooms were not worth the price. Our security lock meant to keep US secure in our room was completely missing from the door. Holes exposed where it once was. The toilet had some kind of sandy residue in it. Clear tell-all that it had not been scrubbed prior to our stay. Shower drain didn’t work properly so any shower taken, you were standing in several inches of dirty shower water. There was a hole in our wall and several extremely loose outlets… unsafe, not to code, and unusable as chargers wouldn’t even stay physically plugged into them anyhow. The building quality in general is very cheap, the elevator is sketchy, and the main door at entrance 2 never securely closed. To make matters worse, the city experienced a power outage for several hours our finally night there and someone who had physical keys to the building (GM maybe?) told us the reason the second and first floor had power but the third floor didn’t was because the third floor didn’t have backup generators set up for it, where the other floors did. Hello, Patti. We are sorry your stay didn't meet your expectations. Our contract with the zoo does not allow us to give out the tickets when they are not open, and our website states that they are only available May-October. Our resort fee is not just for the zoo tickets. The fee covers costs of many of our extra amenities, such as free wi-fi, restaurant discounts, etc. The resort fee is higher in the summer, when we also have more amenities like the free zoo and Land of Natura passes, and our multiple outdoor amenities across all three of our resorts. The power outage was not just our property, it was multiple city blocks, so that was out of our control. As for noise problems: we do not have any record in your reservation of ever being informed of these problems. We take noise complaints seriously, and would've addressed that immediately, had we known.

Expedia did not say that me need pay another 300 dollars for security deposit, I was asking which one day thi 300 dollar return to me and they say the same day that me do the check out, and the lady in front desk service say your money will be returned after housekeeping service make inspection, it’s mean 3 or 5 days business days and I say why guy say the same day return the security deposit it’s mean bad things for my family and me I hope you guys change the information whit all steps for the next costumer.

So I read ALOT of reviews and have to say yikes. Our check in was iffy . I asked about the park tickets we got and was told they don’t do them on off season (well the website didn’t say that but okey) our room was ‘clean’ but there was some watermarks on the counters that just showed use. The pool was great the kids loved it, sauna too. Still just annoyed about the animal park tickets, we were going to go back in the summer to see it but I guess not now

We do mention that in several places on our website, but space constrictions don't allow us to mention it in every spot. We apologize for the misunderstanding. Wasn’t what we expected it to be. Thought we were staying in the tree house Property ended up staying in the hotel. Had to change rooms because the curtains wouldn’t close. Toilet too small and the fan didn’t work in the bathroom.showerhead had no water pressure. Microwave was missing a knob.
