"Great overall hotel and for easy access to coast line from Hastings through to Seven Sisters Cliff The hotel is next to train line but no issues re noise Staff is great and supportive Breakfast various options from hot and cold. Great Sunday roast."

"We were concerned that when the fire alarm went off at 10.40 pm no staff were on the stairs saying it was a false alarm. We were in 4th floor and were fast asleep at the time. Swimming pool very good but members behaved like they owned it on the two occasions I used it."

Would book again although the brasserie menu was a little limited - not much in the way of fish dishes and would prefer more traditional options. Breakfast was substantial with choice of continental, cereal, fruit as well as good range of cooked items"

"The property is outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. This has got to be one of my all time fav hotels. And the spa was the cherry on top. I stayed in a manor luxe room - beautiful! The staff are busy, so don’t expect anything quick. Shambolic is a good way to explain the staffing! The lady behind the bar needs customer service training. Her huffing and puffing was not appreciated when ordering drinks. Above all, even with the shambolic faulty tower style staff I loved my stay!"
