Premier Inn, Wixford hotels

"This is a massive hotel. The lobby is tiny with staff of one behind glass. There was no staff available at checkout so nobody to tell that our bathroom sink didn’t drain. The hotel is very bare bones but the rooms are clean although the lobby carpet is not. "

"The staff were helpful. They charged me for the room when I had already paid for the room via Expedia. The bathroom was in poor condition for the cost of the room. "

"We stayed for 4 nights the location was perfect. Rooms are a little tired looking, carpets didn't feel clean under your feet. When we arrived I was unsure if the beds were fresh as the blankets we just pulled up over the bed and pillows not tucked in like hotels beds are. On inspection bed was clean. Maybe a little more TLC is required. Also soap in shower was that watered down it was ridiculous. But Staff were absolutely lovely nad location was great. "
