"Really enjoyed our two nights in the Thistle Marble Arch, reception was quick and our room on the 6 floor was excellent. Breakfast was good, not happy having to pay for a cup of Starbucks coffee and then to see an added service charge, this needs to stop. Did have an issue with the room toilet not flushing on the second night after 22:00, called reception and a maintenance person came after about 40 minutes and resolved the problem. We did see the card saying if you didn’t want your room cleaned on the second day , put the card on the door, we were told we would get a £10 drinks voucher, this never materialised. We will definitely return to the Thistle in the future."

"Staff at check in were very helpful, although I had booked a king room but were asked to take a twin. Then upgraded, however the upgraded room had a dirty sock left in it by the window, the shower didn’t shut properly and the extractor fan in the bathroom was broken. The bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was nicely maintained and decorated. We didn’t use the executive lounge or many of the amenities as we were arriving quite late and catching an early flight"

"Clean room, very nice hot breakfast buffet but the pool stole the show. What an amazing pool. Steam room and sauna were also so nice. We checked in late and were very happy that the beds were comfortable. My granddaughter lost her purse which was special to her and the gentleman at the second reception close to the lost and found was extremely helpful and almost as excited as my granddaughter when we located it. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the airport and the tube. "

"Good location for overnight stay before flying, just a short bus ride to the airport. Breakfast was excellent varied and hot. £15 overnight parking charge not included in booking! Long queues for lifts"

"Great hotel! Room and hotel clean, helpful staff, really good breakfast. I think the volume of the music in the hall is too high but you can’t hear it in the room so it’s ok. Position really good, next to Marble Arch underground."
