The polite and friendly staff of Sheena and co make checking in feel like a home coming and the place a home away from home. I will lodge elsewhere only if they are fully booked."

"Excellent hotel with lovely staff. We stayed for 8 nights in a studio and studio deluxe. The latter being the better option and a perfect size. The small kitchenette was great. Coffeee machine in the lobby was an added bonus. The perfect hotel in a perfect location. Just 2-mins walk to Gloucester Road tube, a 5-min walk to Kensington High Street and Gardens. We'll be back and rate this hotel highly. "

So far, the location is one of the key factor for me - walkable to underground (Piccadilly Line, straight from Heathrow too), lots of f&b and supermarkets The rooms are usually spacious and what I like is that there is almost full kitchen facility My past stays, the rooms have always came equipped with a washer dryer which is great. Unfortunately I was told this time ‘only selected rooms’ Still a good stay but can see lots of wear and...

Some of the appliances were a bit dated and you have to step into the bath to take a shower but overall the accommodation was great. The hotel is close to Earls Court station which was also a bonus.
