"This is a beautiful hotel and we have enjoyed staying there on many occasions. This time we were not advised until after we booked a non refundable room that the pool and jacuzzi were unavailable. It looks like they are completely und ready renovation so itโs not a one off. It would be nice if that was listed before you make a non refundable reservation."
