"This hotel is right downtown, an easy walk away from the main rail station. It is located on a busy city square full of park benches, outside dining and a tram stop. In just a few hundred meters you will get to the Erfurt Catherdral and other attractions such as the Krämer Brigde. The hotel is brand spanking new and therefore everything looks neat and is on working order. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is self-serve buffet style with everything you would want to start the day. I can only recommend picking H2 Erfurt for your stay there."
"Gentleman on reception was helpful and spoke good English (thank you)as was the lady in the morning. The room was clean enough, shame the curtains didn't cover the windows. The mattress was hard and the pillows were diabolical, absolutely useless to act as any sort of head comfort.Breakfast was adequate for the money, not a huge selection but you're not going hungry(TIMOTHY YOU ABSOLUTE WEAPON,read previous reviews 🙄)Ample safe parking(i was on a motorbike, no problem)Nothing surrounding the place,it's on an industrial estate, they have beer and a Subway s 4 minute walk away. All in all, can't grumble for the price, cheers."
"Internet was not the best, but it was OK. As a place to stay in the city center. It’s very nice. However, the staff gave me the key to the storage room which happens to be in the basement:
One – serious security breach given that other people‘s luggage was in there. My own had my computer.
Two – it’s in the basement requiring older people to carry and find their way without any instructions.
Seem careless, and this was the general attitude of the staff towards their guestsa "
"It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something like that ie make me feel like it really mattered."
