The air-conditioner unit did not work with NIL sleep for 5 people on the 3 bedroom apartment. Expedia stated free parking however The Star would only allow one vehicle. Terms and conditions never stated one vehicle therefore The Star should of allowed another but this was bluntly refused.

Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there!

"Sage Hotel Wollongong is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, largely because of the five-star customer service. The staff were fantastic—welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. The hotel itself is lovely. Our room was spacious and clean, with amazing views, and the beach is right next door. ..."
