We truly enjoyed the ambiance, location, most comfortable bed, and excellent food. However there were a few occasions where the staff were rather short or just not helpful (this may be due to the fact that several people were Trainee’s). The Manager himself was thoughtful and accommodating once made aware of the issue.

The staff speak English and are professional and friendly. The hotel's location is super convenient. The restaurant downstairs is very good and well-priced.
The downsides: the rooms are dated. The room's A/C is unreliable and inefficient. There is no fan in the bathroom. The carpet is dreary. The room is small. The breakfast buffet is expensive and mediocre.
