"Very comfortable and clean, the breakfast had limited options but still good considering it was included. The parking lot was very tight, but staff was accommodating and there are 2 overflow lots when the main lot gets full. Its something you can make do with considering it is the only hotel downtown with on-site patking!"

"Nice rooms. Huge bathrooms/shower/jetted tub. Good sized separate bedroom. Full kitchen. More like a timeshare unit than a hotel room. Balcony off the living room was great to sit outside in the morning and evening. Location and proximity to the Biltmore was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful."
