It was the first time I had a need and used mailroom services to accept a couple of packages as I traveled; everything went very well - received my packages in good condition and was able to retrieve them from the staff with minimal effort. Digital check-in and check-out worked seamlessly. In-room food service was quick, delicious, and piping hot. I felt relaxed and well cared for. "
