"It was difficult to get room service My kitchen in the room did not have a working dishwasher, toaster was smokey when plugged in. felt overall the property needs better management. Staff seems good and want to do well by customer but somehow miss the mark. It was a bit of a hassle what you are paying for isn't available when you need it. "

"We only stayed overnight to fatch a very early flight from STL airport, they offered free refreshments in the evening till 7:00pm but we did not try but was told it was very good. Bed was very comfortable abd unfortunately we did nit get to try the breakfast buffet due to a 4:30am flight, staff was friendly."

"There was a power outage during my stay, and only one elevator was operational. Unfortunately, the elevator had an unpleasant odor. The first unit I was assigned also had a strong smell, as if the restroom had just been used and not properly cleaned. I would recommend a more thorough cleaning of the property, along with routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met."
