"The hotel was really amazing. However, we didn’t check in until 9 p.m. and the gal at the desk appeared to be impaired,and we had to get another card to enter the room and she accompanied us to the room barefoot."

"Property is on the frontage road to the highway, so it was chosen mostly for price, location and some good breakfast reviews. Upon arriving it looks like your average hotel, not amazing or poor. Once we got inside however, the staff and upkeep of the building changed my opinion quickly. This is a very clean, very well run property. Literally every single employee I came in contact with was friendly, smiling and asking questions. My room, breakfast, the pool, the parking areas, all clean and well maintained at all times. Our experience with most businesses in St Louis was that the customer service was always slow and lacking, but not here. This staff has been properly trained and it shows. I will make a point to stay at this property again when we are back in town. "
