Search Bed and Breakfast in Wuppertal-Barmen Station

"We had the loveliest time at Park Villa. The room was lovely and incredibly clean. Breakfast and evening meals were delicious with good variety (we loved the seasonal options and vegetarians are well catered for). Staff were incredible.... amazingly helpful and accomodating. The hotel is a wee way from Wupperal section but there is a regular bus service within easy walking distance plus taxi's. From there, regular trains run to Dusseldorf, Cologne and Essen. A real find! "

"Clean room, personable staff - those that I was in contact with. Not a major surprise as the hotel is in Germany, but a refreshing change to have an openable window :) The hotel also supplied a "Combi ticket" for the local public transport, valid through the end of my stay. "

"For the price I paid I got exactly what I expected and was happy with the cleanliness. The room was clean and the bathroom looked like it had been recently refurbished."

"Big room, slightly confused check in, but that is forgivable as they were very busy. Food was great. No mention of breakfast in the room on any literature but a functioning coffee machine."

"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was drastically different from what we expected. The images online were quite deceptive, and the actual property did not reflect what was advertised. The shower was exceptionally small—even by European standards—which made it nearly impossible for my husband (6’4”) to use comfortably. When we requested alternative accommodations, the staff gave us the runaround and declined our offer to pay extra for a room with a larger shower. We ultimately had to book and pay for another hotel altogether. That said, one bright spot was Jake in the restaurant—his warm and attentive service truly stood out and is the only reason we rated the hotel slightly higher."
