The property is maintained decently and the staffs are friendly. House keeping was done well.

Drury Plaza Hotel Richmond
Great place… only issue is there is a women at the front desk who uses her phone all the time and deals with people as if they are a nuisance. Rest of the staff is helpful and seem to go out of their way to be helpful.
