"It was my first time staying at this hotel, so I’m comparing it to other hotels across America. I’ve traveled along the East Coast and through the Midwest, and I must say this hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Great breakfast, fast internet, coffee available all day, a nice pool, hot tub, and a small gym — all these amenities made my stay awesome."

"Our stay was quite disappointing! Sad to say, the first room we were assigned was musty and had a bad smell. The TV and remote did not work and there was no literature left regarding Richmond and hotel amenities in the room.We were then reassigned to another room which was better. There was a QR code in the new room that could be accessed with information. The bathroom needed work! The body wash, conditioner and shampoo containers were empty. In addition, the ground fault receptacle in the bathroom was broken and did not work. Housekeeping needs improvement. The room was quite dusty and there was trash in the halls and elevator. Hilton Garden has always been our go to hotel. We were quite sad and disappointed with our stay. "

"The cook did not show up, so we had to go out to breakfast. Just around the block, so not a big deal. I was a little concerned about parking, but the local garage was just $10 overnight, and the staff gave good advice about the how to get in and out. The room was very nice. A property that could only happen in Richmond."

"The staff is wonderful the rooms are clean the housekeepers do a wonderful job it's pet friendly if you need to go to the mall the bus stop is right there parking is great"
