Nice Experience

Great hotel and perfect location for me. I like being at the Mixc mall. Breakfast is not that good, they could upgrade that to the level of how the hotel feels. Also WIFI didn’t work which makes it challenging on a business trip.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The design and decor is tastefully executed. The room spacious and the bed was comfortable. Also the location was perfect for me with MIX mall and nice coffee shops fife fly there

The hotel is nicely appointed, the room is large and has a great view. The quality of some of fixtures is lower than you’d see at other andaz hotels, the metal of the taps is losing colour, toilet commands don’t work well. The location is great and the breakfast buffet had a huge variety and high standard. Although the staff was lovely we found it extremely disappointing they could do little to help us curtail the unbearable chaos outside our bedroom door. I appreciate it’s a national holiday but allowing customer to hold poker days/nights across 4 rooms, with doors open and having children running around the corridors playing all day long until very late at night is very inconsiderate towards all other guests. Also the only alternative available is to downgrade us floor/room. It’s really a shame and maybe it was bad luck but I feel more should have been done to protect paying customers that aren’t here to party in the room all day long but need a quiet place to rest. It’s also uncomfortable having to even raise such issues, you don’t want to stop people from enjoying themselves but this was extreme.

First time stay in this hotel. All details are perfect, the service quality is top level, same as Sofitel Legend Xi’an and Ritz-carlton Haikou I stayed last year, actually more home&art design feeling, then I made decision to stay one more day! The architecture design, the cocktail as well as swim pool are my favorites! I appreciate the lobby manager, who offered very professional service and help as well as satisfied upgrades.
