"Location is ideal being one with nature. We rented a car so locating the property wasn’t hard. Average hotel. Our room can fit 5 futons. Bathroom size is spacious though the amenities, overall is average. We enjoyed our one night stay. Breakfast is sufficient. "

"Very friendly staff. We checked in late in the afternoon. They took us through a shortcut to the ropeway station because they knew that it was about to close. We would have missed it if it were for their proactive help. Overall, we are very happy with the service, the condition of the property, the breakfast, etc. The only thing that could use improvement is their towels They were threadbare. "I loved our family room with the loft; very clean and cozy and we had our own balcony with a beautiful view of the tea plantation. The hot pot restaurant was amazing with delicious fresh veggies and was a lovely way to end the day after hiking in the misty forest. The view of sunset from the hot pot restaurant was absolutely stunning! My only reservation would be for elderly travelers as there are stairs and some steep pathways- they would need some assistance with luggage and walking. Breakfast was delicious!
