Absolutely loved my business trip stay! The hotel is immaculately clean, and check-in was lightning-fast—super efficient. The sound insulation is top-notch, so I can work and relax comfortably. The area is lively, with great food and easy access to transportation. Amazing value for money, 10/10 would recommend!

Words cannot describe the smells we encountered. Arrived and checked in to a 'Deluxe' room and couldn't breathe with the thick smoke smell. Then saw the first dead cockroach and returned to reception to ask to upgrade. Paid 75 GBP to upgrade to a business suite and it wasn't much better. The thick smell of smoke on every furnishing cover was horrendous, and such a strong smell of vinegar when we turned the air conditioning on. Walls are filthy, with what appeared to be blood, cleaner didn't change cups or glasses but was in the room daily. Surprised not to have a fridge too. The suite was a really good size, and if it had been clean and didn't smell so badly, we would have been impressed. 40 minute taxi into central Shenzen.
