"I very can recommend this places,very nice place , near the shops。ocation excellent! The hotel is super modern and clean. I loved the building. Super comfortable mattress. "I never write detailed reviews, but this hotel deserve it, so others know what they will find. This hotel is terrible, but don't believe me, look at the pictures yourself. First, try to find it! no directions, indications or clues on the hotel location. We found it by reading a guest review from 2019!. Not a single word of english, so be prepared to use translator intensively (not a problem of the hotel, just a recommendation). No front desk, just another room where it seems the attendant is...

"Clean and quiet hotel in a great location. Breakfast is awesome too. Downstairs is the Zhubashi Night Market. Across the street are fruit shops, drink shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Just down the street, just a block a way, is the Xi'an Drum Tower. Behind the Drum Tower, is the Beiyuanmen Night Market (Muslim Street/Muslim District), Xi'an biggest night market. Within the meandering side streets of the Beiyuanmen Night Market is the Great Mosque of Xi'an. The Xi'an Bell Tower is about 10 minutes walk away. The Xi'an Wall is about a 20 minutes walk. It is a super convenient. The hotel breakfast is solid. There is a chef station that will custom make you dumplings, noodles and eggs. While the Western fare is pretty basic, there is a huge variety of Chinese breakfast: White and millet porridge, chow mien, yiow tiew, pickles stirfried veggies (so good), baos, tea egg, soy milk, yogurt drinks and so much more. There are a few down sides, but not enough to give it less than 5 stars. There is no bar on the roof top, but you can still visit it. It offers a breathtaking view of Xi'an's skyline; especially at night. The AC is not cold enough, but this is typical of climate control in Xi'an (even when you go to the fanciest malls). It's cooler than the outside, but not as cold as I was accustomed to in the U.S."

"Classy hotel with friendly English speaking staff, clean and comfortable room. A special shout out to the hotel porter Andy who spoke great English and was so helpful during my stay and truly went above and beyond in his customer service. The hotel is a 25 minute walk to the closest entry point onto the City wall (Changle gate), which I highly recommend to rent a bicycle on. "

"Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls."

"I was fortunate to be able to stay here for 10 days. It was perfect in every way - especially the quality of everything, and it was the only hotel in China during my month-long visit that had full-throttle internet - being able to get to sites that I couldn't get to from other hotels. The staff was very pleasant and hard-working."
