"My stay at JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou was mixed. There were some genuinely positive aspects, especially the front desk staff and housekeeping team, but there were also several disappointing experiences that affected my overall impression.
The first negative impression happened on our arrival day. We had two very large pieces of luggage, and the first thing I remember is that the doorman saw us and seemed to run back into the building instead of helping us. At first, I thought maybe they were not actually hotel staff. But after staying for multiple days, it seemed clear that they were hotel workers. I am still not sure why they reacted that way. Since it was already nighttime and we were completely worn out, we really just wanted to get out of the vehicle at the front door and return to our room.
The hotel’s location was also not ideal for the kind of trip we w"
"I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The service was warm and attentive, the room was comfortable and well-kept, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to great shopping spots. Everything came together to make my stay relaxing and convenient. I’d definitely come back!"
