Amazing the concept of bein a museum also, but the rooms look, feel and are quite old, maybe kept that way on purpose.
Surrounding are not of my liking, a lot of marihuana smell every where and lot of woke stores….
Breakfast was goo but bot amazing as i tead from other reviewers, not worth the extra $56 daily
All in all a good hotel, outdated of course but was kind of expected but wont be my hotel next time in Mexico City

Clean and as expected! Staff was polite and professional. The room was cozy and a/c super cold. It was on the very edge of Polanco but still very walkable and centrally located. My only complaint is that it took a bit of tries to figure out the hot and cold water in the shower but figured it out.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was lovely. Always smiling always ready to assist with anything. The hotel itself has a nice scent. Clean. Safe area. Very walkable neighborhood. All the hotspots are nearby and if they're not , the uber rides to anything touristy are very affordable. I would love to stay here again and again. thank you team!

Everything about this hotel is adorable and amazing. The decor is amazing, beds and linens very comfortable, very very adorable. However, we stayed in the Aguacate room and it is next to the entrance. When we realized this during check in - we asked to be changed rooms and they didn’t allow us, even if there was several rooms open at the same rate. This is my one and only thing and that maybe in the description the should list this? Other than that 10/10- great value at a great hotel.
