Catalonia Royal Tulum Adults Only - All Inclusive
This resort was beautiful. We got the Priviledged upgrade which was definitely worth it just for the BLoved restaurant. The upselling pressure by the white shirt concierge group was relentless and very frustrating. We already paid a ton of money. Leave it alone already. Food overall was good to excellent. ...

This is a lovely smaller place in a great location- staff are lovely and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very friendly helpful staff and good small beach with lovely views

Hotel Colonial Playa del Carmen
The room was clean, the AC worked perfectly, the staff was friendly, the only issue was the shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced. Very kittle waste for the shower
