Exceptional hotel with amazing staff from being welcomed on arrival by the doorman, quick and efficient check-in, an upgrade to a suite, excellent quality food for in-room dining, full western and Asian buffet available for breakfast plus pleasant and efficient staff serving.
For those that gym or bodybuilder the dumbells are in excess of 20kgs, a rarity in most hotel fitness rooms. This hotel has a GYM, not a fitness room.
Check-out was very efficient as well.

Stayed for 1 night as I was rushing to get back home due to a medical emergency. Requested for a non-smoking room and was give one on the 18th floor with good views. The counter staff at the check-in was good and receptionist was kind enough to help me book a taxi in the freezing -23 degrees temperature to a local restaurant for dinner and told us the exact fare to pay (to avoid being scalped) as the in house restaurant was closed. Breakfast was not too bad with a choice of traditional...

Even though I had already made full payments for the hotel stay via Hotels.com, the staff at the front desk argued with me and said otherwise. Not wanting any trouble overseas and in a rush for my flight, I let them double charge me. Have written in for a refund but have not gotten any response yet.

Service is quite slow because they were short staffed. But considering the peak festive season they should have planned for more as the hotel was fully booked. Ordered for extra blankets and pillows but didn’t come though we waited till mid night. So we had to ask them to make sure they deliver it the next day as the room was quite cold though we have adjusted it to the max.
In room dining was slow as well and had missing and wrong items brought. We had to tell them that there were missing...
