"Almost everything was great. The mattress was among the best I have ever had in a hotel! Room was spotless, very comfortable with very nice shampoos, soaps etc. Staff was extremely friendly,helpful, and check in was quick.
Negatives: Only a few minor things.
The lobby had a slightly musty smell. Fortunately the room did not.
The shower curtain was too short. Water went on the floor and could not be remedied.
The safety chain on the door was bent. Still operable , but not entirely secure.
I HATE a $25 “Hotel Charge” I know there are reasons for it, but this was NOT a resort. I would not have a problem if the room was priced $25 higher. It just kind of irks me.
None of these are reasons to avoid the hotel, and I would consider visiting again if only for the comfortable bed, which if you think about it , is one of the reasons for getting a room in the first place."
