Excellent location in centre of the old city. Large room and on the eighth floor very peaceful allowed to stay in room beyond check-out time which was very helpful to me.

l like everything ranging from their warmly reception to breakfast and the location which is in the heart of Rangoon (Yangon) surrounded with restaurants and stores. I stayed there two days, and it truly made me comfortable to see courteousness of the girls at front desk, including security guards and bellboys. They are exceptionally helpful and treating guests with utmost respect. I wanted to stay there ten more days if I had time. I would definitely come back and stay there next year.

The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable.Everybody on the staff was very friendly and helpful. The English of the front desk staff was good, so it was easy to communicate. I would recommend the hotel and I would stay there again.

Hotel front office girls can speak good English, and check in was fast. My room on the 4th Floor facing the road, and noise level is ok. Wifi is of average speed and there are a good number of choices for breakfast, including local food. My room, is recently renovated, is clean although the carpet are stained. Hotel Front office girls are very helpful, and will gladly helps to give recommendations, book taxi to airport and arrange breakfast as I need to leave at 6:30am to airport. Hotel location is about 5-7 minutes walk Sule Pagoda, about 15 minutes walk to Bogyoke Aung San Market.

A bit dirty at the public road outside the hotel (was raining). Location is superb. I’m happy to recon to others potential guest. Pls pick this hotel with this reasonable price. I’ll be back.

Hard to beat if you like downtown
Best breakfast buffet in a long time. You often don’t get this good in places double to triple the price. Location perfect for anything in downtown

Charming old hotel
Check in was fast. WiFi was pretty good. Staff were polite and helpful. Area was okay. A little noisy but not bad. Room was spacious. Hotel seems a bit old but has a certain charm to it. Breakfast buffet was among the best I’ve had. I’d stay here again.

kept awake at night with the chinese shouting on their phones on the landing outside my room traffic noise beeping horns all night long cleaning station right outside my room the phone going off all the time no cereals for breakfast does not cater for european food only chinese and japanese i would not stay here again

Property needs a major renovation. Everything is very old, dated and rundown. Breakfast was horrendous. Don't even bother. The food looked older than the rooms. Hard boiled eggs looked a week old, etc etc. I would not stay here again.

Try to avoid the rooms facing the main road. The soundproofing needs improvement. Overall very happy with my stay here. For a budget 3 star hotel, this place is value for money. I'm impressed with the friendliness of the staff.

Was it a nice hotel? Not really. Would I stay there again? Yes. Bottom line, it’s cheap, it’s close to downtown (and walkable to either that area or the train station), and it gets the job done.

Hotel is in the heart of Yangon and important places are easily accessible. The only complaint I have is that a extra roll of toilet paper should be available rather than having to ask for one when the one in use is about to run out. I had to ask the hotel twice during my 7 day stay.

Good location downtown, City Mart is around the corner. Local cafeteria are nearby. Railway Station, the new and the old Aung Sung markets, and the Sule Pagoda are sort of within walking distance. Room is big, new, clean and tidy, maybe because of the recent renovation in June this year (said by the hotel). The only criticism is the slow running shower, but water is hot enough. Breakfast is buffet, much better than expected, with variety choices of food. Every staff are nice and friendly, especially helpful of the front desk. No problem communication in English at all. We enjoyed our stay there.

great value
Well run, clean hotel. All staff amazing. Included breakfast very good, with local cuisine, and western style food available. Breakfast changed daily. One bottle of water included every day. Grocery store one minute walk away. Good location for accessibility. Central train station and airport bus stop less than 5 minute walk away. No pool but I found out you can go to the Sule Shangri-la hotel and pay $15 to access their pool, spa and gym. High end hotel with nice pool area and great sun beds. Only a couple blocks away. Things I didn’t like were the internet was slow and after 45 minutes of inactivity, you had to log in again. Also if you want a king bed, your room will be on the street side. Very busy road, and the locals love their horn. Lastly my room was at the very end of the hall. That is also where the housekeeper phone is. It rings loud and very often, at all times of day.

リーズナブルで良いホテルです。
2回目の利用です。今回はチェックイン時、日本語スタッフがお休みらしく英語でのチェックインでした。やりとりはスムーズで好印象でした。部屋は何年か前にリフォーム済みとあるように綺麗なお部屋でした。交通量の有るエリアなのか、車の音が聞こえてくる以外、快適なお部屋です。ゆっくり休めました。
