Grace under pressure
Staying here during the COVID crisis and the staff and management are doing their best to make the situation safe and comfortable. The food is quite good, facilities are kept very clean, and hotel staff are always helpful. It's not the ideal time to be in any hotel, but we made the right choice by choosing Sedona. Great location. The hotel grounds are green and beautiful, and Inya Lake is across the street.

Not even four stars hotel
The room was clean, but the toilet was dirty. I can hear my next-door neighbor arguing. The sink faucet flask a lot, and you can get wet very easy.

CONS: Room was old and dated. Bathroom curtain smelled old, and hair dryer was weak. AC in the room was barely working, even after they "fixed" it on my first day (I complained). PROS: Convenient location, right across Myanmar Plaza. Gym was insane--spacious, clean, and very premium. Breakfast buffet looked good but didn't try as I found it expensive for breakfast.

My room in old building, there are 3 light and LED bulbs are out of order. after call and wait over an hour for technician to fix. Breakfast restaurant, bad experience, no service, you need to search your seat, and always wait for the coffee mug and long queue after the coffee machine.

Good service and hospitality at Sedona Hotel. Hotel manager was very friendly and patiently attended to us. Complimentary beverages was one of the few bonuses for our stay there. Overall was a great experience for our travel stay. Will definitely stay at the hotel again.

The staff was very professional and always polite and courteous. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from Myanmar Plaza, there is a grocery store, coffee shops and multiple restaurants. The spa was undergoing renovation and so I wasn't able to utilize it. The Breakfast buffet was very expensive ($25 USD) for Myanmar.

Wonderful hotel and good location
This is not my first time stay in Sedona Hotel. Every 2 months when I'm in Yangon I stay this hotel. They have 2 side of the building , new wing and old wing. Both are great though, the old wing building room are a little bit old, but still consider good overall. Personally prefer new wing hotel room.
