"The view is fantastic, and the management is very professional and helpful before, during and after your stay. Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. "It was a bit tricky finding the entrance at first and had to go down a steep hill. There's a large parking space. The entire place looked really pretty. The room structure was unique. There is a balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains and a stream. You can have bbq at the balcony for extra fee. It would be great to visit in the summer and swim in the stream! There were a lot of spider webs between the trees. It's really eco-friendly. "

"Clean property and perfect for four of us. The aesthetics were beautiful. Not super comfortable to spend a day but we weren’t there to be inside. Communication with the owner was great and she quickly answered the questions I had. The area was virtually amazing. It’s not touristy, which we appreciated. Lots of local shopping marts with the friendliest people and so many things to see. The Seoul City Wall was right up the street - the top had a warm coffee shop with amazing views. "

"This hotel is, by far, our favorite. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, we were treated with nothing but respect and exceptional hospitality. The staff were consistently welcoming, polite, helpful, and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. Our room featured a beautiful mountain view and included private hot springs, which added a relaxing and luxurious touch to our experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we especially enjoyed the omelet station. Although we did not have lunch at the hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinners. The hotel offers a different menu each evening, and the food was consistently delicious. Another convenient feature is the complimentary shuttle service to and from Odawara Station. While the hotel is located some distance from Tokyo, transportation is easy—we took the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Odawara Station, which made the journey smooth and efficient. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit the Odawara or Hakone area."
