After the payment. they told me that they don't have sifficient beds and they recommended to cancel the reservation. We had to find a hotel near by for the lodging. The staff didn't really care to help. They said they cancel the charge but they wouldn't provide a receipt.

It looked beautiful in the pictures but was even moreso grand and beautiful in person. The restaurants, lobby, outside area, balcony, everything was so nice. We were also upgraded to a room with oceanside views. Everything was perfect and unbelievably affordable. We will definitely be coming back here and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yangyang.

It was beautiful and well maintained. The room had a sea view and easy access to watch the sun rise in the morning.

Hotel- not resort. Misleading name is dangerous
It was horrible. I wanted to use “resort” but according to them hotels.com only provided an access to “hotel” which was not specified in the description. So I ended up wasting my entire trip going there.

Nice Hotel
This is a nice hotel for the area, but the only pool is a pool that you need to pay around USD 30K for. The food in the hotel is not very good. If you have a car, you can go to nice places nearby to eat.

Best Resort Hotel in Sokcho
Best Resort Hotel in Sokcho. We had good time at the private beach. Famous buffet breakfast wasn't too satisfying for the price.

Two bedroom and living room with balcony! This room was just perfect for 4peole. Terrific ocean view! Enjoyed staying here and will come back for sure.

I did not expect much when I made a reservation. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel.The only complain that I have is little bit of communication problems with the front desk people. Also, I did not like the price of food and lack of choices of menu. Other than that this was a classy joint which I can recommend.

This resort itself has no faulty points at all. However the hotel staff has problems with their manners. I requested a non-smoking room and they assigned a smoking room. They didn't follow check-in hours. Check-in was 2pm and they assigned me a room at 3:15. For a smoking room problem she made an excuse of Expedia. She told me I need to complain to Expedia. I really don't appreciate hotel staff whenever they gave me an excuse using Expedia. They didn't serve me well. However I recommend this hotel because of hotel itself. Fantastic view and room and breakfast buffet.

샤워장 물이 잘 안빠져서 거실로 물이 넘쳐 당황했습니다. 프론트에 체크아웃할때 이야기 했고 차후에 시설정비 한다는 답변 받았습니다. 그외 호텔청소상태 훌륭했고 리조트 편의시설 잘되어있어 재방문 의사 있습니다.
