The lookout over the water was lovely and we enjoyed morning coffee watching the boats but were disappointed that there was no water access other than the boat launch for which we had to pay extra. "The room was very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. You could walk to the Manatee park. A 7/11 is right next door. And a Publix in in the next block. Overall a nice place to stay."

"Very clean room, delightfully comfortable bed, and excellent showerhead! The only problem (which I forgot to tell front desk at checkout, it was pouring and I was focused on getting on the road sooner) was the refridgerator door does not shut closed. Fortunately, I was only there for the night and did not need it (another reason it slipped my mind). Given they take incidental holds, the front desk should know if a room has a broken appliance or fixture and not assign it to a guest. The evening and morning clerks were professional and friendly. . . Especially the morning. "
