"We had a very pleasant stay at Sunworld Hotel Beijing. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean, and the housekeeping team was both efficient and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. The buffet breakfast offered an impressive variety — a highlight of every morning. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. The one area where there is room for improvement is the front desk. A warmer, more welcoming attitude from reception staff would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience. For Western travelers in particular, having at least some English-speaking agents available would be a significant plus — on a few occasions, communication proved quite challenging. Overall, a solid choice with great fundamentals. We would return, and hope to see those small improvements on our next visit."

"Beijing is not the same staying elsewhere. Intercontinental hotel made a big difference starting with the great reception held and of course a great room. The lounge or club was very nice. The only suggestion will be to have more variety on the meals options. The rest was very good. "

"Property and rooms were very dated and in urgent need of refurbishment. However the location is excellent, food and bfast buffet is very good and the staff are above and beyond. Extremely helpful and always ready to help. I lost my earpods in the hotel and they were able to get it delivered to my local contact in Beijing on the same day that I contacted them. The staff at the shop too is very good - my children enjoyed many hours of bottle painting there. "

"This hotel is newer than I thought- very clean and very friendly staff. We couldn’t order taxi using the phone and the concierge staff including Harry was helpful. The luggage storage is straightforward and secure too. Didn’t have time to try the food this time. We look forward to staying there when we visit Beijing in the future. "

The staff of the hotel was very helpful, polite , the breakfast choices were excellent, the self service dinners were delicious, it is the best 4 star hotel in Beijing in terms of quality , price, service that I could find.
