This was an amazing location. Super close to transit making it easy to get anywhere. Laundry was directly in the room so great for us midway through the trip. Room was spacious, had AC and was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful as well and allowed for luggage storage.

Breakfast menu is huge and varied. Worth getting. Our size room was fantastic, worth paying the extra floor space especially if it is ypur last hotel stop before fly home.

Getting a washer or dryer took a very long time because people would either forget about their stuff or add 60 minutes. Would be helpful if there was a basket to put someone else’s clothes, so you could take your turn (give a 10-15 pickup window or it goes in a basket).
Breakfast was fantastic!

Useful free bus shuttle to station. Staff very courteous. Handy for station but perhaps a little too far from downtown Kyoto. Didn’t use pool as there was a substantial charge per person per session. Would have expected guest use for free.
